Whether you're looking to celebrate a special occasion, surprise a special someone or just need an aesthetic backdrop for a photo op, I can help!

I began setting up picnics in 2021 and have grown into an event design company specializing in everything decor! From picnics, backdrops, balloons and microevents, my goal is to make your event memorable, unique and simply perfect!

With the help of my family, I design, build, prepare, set up and tear down your picnic. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your celebration!

How it works

BOOKING YOUR PICNIC:
Browse through our picnic packages and add-ons.  Choose a date and time.  Choose your location. Once you've decided on all the elements for your Picnic Perfect experience, go ahead and fill out our booking form.  We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours.  Once we have finalized all the details, we will email you an invoice.  We require full payment to reserve your date.

DAY OF THE PICNIC:
We will send you a pin with the exact location of your picnic and text you when everything is ready.  Show up and enjoy your one-of-a-kind Picnic Perfect experience!

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
Weather:

We will be actively checking the weather for rain. Because of the value of our equipment and decor, if there is a possibility of rain in the forecast, we will not be able to set up outdoors. We will gladly set up indoors or reschedule your picnic for another day.
During & after your picnic:
Please do not leave your picnic unattended.  We will return for clean up after 2 hours.  We can be reached at 407-928-9951 during your picnic.
